Google Gas PumpAcross the United States you may encounter one of the 3,500 gas stations featuring new LCD displays at each gas pump that run Google Maps. The interface is identical to the one you get at maps.google.com, and you get the same features: find nearby landmarks, restaurants, motels, hospitals and other points of interest. The directions to the selected location will be printed on your receipt. However, even though the the points of interested would not be retrieved through the Internet but defined by the gas station owner, and there is no posibility to get directions for a typed in address.

This service is especially good for the small percentage of people who still don't own a GPS or simply can't remember the directions given by the station attendant.
