Destination Disk

When I start my computer the following message appears: "Feature you are
trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other disk that is not available." Then it
says to "...insert a Destination disk." I cancel the request and everything's
fine but does anyone know how to get rid that annoying message?

I performed "disk cleaning" using a software called "Regcure". Since then, I
am getting this message as well. Just adding to the question. I don't know
what the answer for this problem is.
