Is There Any Way To Start Expression Encodert Automaticly

Hi, im using Live Encoder on a remote computer. but it should be start
automaticly on computer start.
Also it should load my settings file and start to encode.

Month ago i found a .bat file; it was loading settings automaticly and
program was switching to Live encoding mode, but i deleted actidentally.
If someone can write that bat it would be great.

Otherwise its to hard for me. Any Help would be greatful.
