How To Does TPM Application Works On Vista Using TBS?

Hi all, I am new and interested in TPM and trusted computing. I need some
info and justification on development of TPM application.

How does one actually code a TPM application on Vista? To be specific, how
can I connect the TBS layer to my application layer? Any API???s? Is it by
having the TSS layer? Or using TSS.dll or Win32Tpm.dll? And how? And if it
only uses Win32Tpm.dll, what is the function???s or command???s limitation for
the Win32Tpm.dll?

My post would be direct but I would appreciate as much as information that I
can get from the forum. I would also appreciate anybody who could direct this
post to the right group/ person or shares me any technical paper or other
resources.
