WWF App Exposed As Web Service

I have developed a number of Windows WorkFlow Foundation Apps exposed as web
services. The problem I have now is that I am trying to update an existing
app that works fine from a container into a WWF exposed web service. This
app uses several Subscription Services which have to be add to the workflow
instance before it is started. That means these services have to be defined
correctly in the web.config file. Can you send me an example web.config file
that defines these Subscription Services. It is a snap to do this
programmatically from a workflow container but there really isn't one with
WWF exposed as a web service. Thanks for your help on this.
