I am getting this message when attempting to print/view an FRx report. Can anyone help?

This error can usually be resolved by reregistering the DLL files on the workstation. Steps: 1. On the problem workstation(s) browse to the location where Microsoft FRx has been installed. 2. Locate the FRxReg.exe file located in the root FRx directory where the executables reside for FRx Reporter. 3. Double-click on the FRxReg.exe file. A command window will open and then close. 4.
